hari ini saya mau nge-share cara mengajar bahasa Inggris tepatnya Grammar menggunakan cara yang beda dari biasanya. semoga dalam prakteknya nanti pengajaran Grammar tidak terkesan membosankan dan tidak menarik. Cara ini bisa diterapkan disemua jenjang pendidikan tapi yang saya gunakan ini diterapkan di SMP ya..

pengajaran Grammar ini menggunakan teknik PGR (Practice Generalization Reinforcement). semoga dapat membantu teman-teman yang sedang belajar mengajar atau sedang praktek mengajar di sekolah-sekolah tertentu..:)

TEACHING PRACTICE

                            Topic                          : Simple Past Tense

                                          Level                           : Junior High School

                                             Class / Semester         : VII / 2

Time                           : 2 X 40 minutes

                                             Technique                  : PGR (Practice Generalization Reinforcement)

Objectives  : -    To enable the students to understand Simple Past Tense.

-         To enable the students to know how to make sentence using Simple Past Tense.

-         To enlarge the students writing skill.

-         To increase student’s knowledge about Simple Past Tense.

Procedure   : I. Practice

1.     Ask the students to do task I.

2.     Give limited time.

3.     Ask them to swap their task.

4.     Check the answers together with the class.

II. Generalization

1.     Ask the students to do task II in group.

2.     Discuss the answer with the class.

3.     Give limited time.

4.     Check the answer together.

      

III. Reinforcement

1.     Ask the students to do task III.

2.     Ask the students to swap their tasks.

3.     Check the answer together.

Correct the sentence into Simple Past Tense!

Example : a. Mia go to the movie last night                       Mia went to the movie last night.

The formula of Simple Past Tense for nominal sentence.
